The Skema Software Suite learns from previous successful design work and helps architects dramatically accelerate iterative design concepts.

This software works as a design automation tool that is the only conceptual design tool with full automation as well as the Revit integration. 

It allows architectural design professionals to design and create using repurposed successful design work from past projects with full flexibility.

The software can help  druggies save up to eight weeks on a typical Revit  design using Skema. 

 
 This software is composed of Skema AI, an abstract design platform as well as the SkemaBIM, the world’s first BIM knowledge exercise machine. 
 
 Below I'm  providing some  further details 
 

 1. Skema AI : 

 In these all the druggies can save the sense in former Revit layouts so that contrivers can copy as well as bury them into new designs.

After the massing phase, the next step in the construction process is blocking and stacking; In other words, different areas are prepared on each floor of the building. This is where Skema's real power lies. 
For example, in the example of the house in Figure 5, all rooms have exterior windows facing the outside and doors that open onto the corridor that runs along the floor.
These layout models are written in the Catalog displayed in the left panel, as shown in Figure 5.

These were created by the Skema team using the neural network model 
previously studied for specific buildings. For this type of project, it analyzes 
only a handful of the company's Revit files and turns them into "solutions" that can be used for such new projects (Figure 6).



 These solutions consider the environment, connectivity, circulation, egress, minimum and optimum location, etc. They have policies to control.

This allows them to intelligently “adapt” to the space requirement in the installation, thus creating a large area and defining the floor boundary.

Needless to say, this automated design approach is suitable for residential buildings, commercial buildings, offices, school buildings, etc. , classrooms and laboratories, medical centers with churches, hotel rooms, etc. 
Works best for most types of projects with repetitive units such as Therefore, Skema does not aim to be a creative solution; Instead, it focuses on building with repeatable models that can run on the backend (which accounts for almost 
50% of all 
innovation).


If necessary, the automatic laying and stacking layout created by Skema can be modified and added as shown in Figure 7.

If your design has parallel floors, you can create one floor in Skema and apply the layout to the other floors (Figure 8).

 Not only is this easier to do in Skema than in a BIM application like Revit, but it also has the advantage of being faster. This is because the floor plan is treated as a template that can be used for other floors, so if there is a change in the template, all floors will be updated. At the same time, each floor configuration, even the 
One generated by the model can be changed so that part of the bottom 
the building is built into the station, as shown in Figure 9.
In addition to seeing overall usage at the volume level (shown in Figure 2), you can also see detailed information on project evaluation after binning and 
stacking, as shown in Figure 10.

Export to BIM

Once the blocks and stacking of the design are completed, it can be transferred to BIM. There is an option to create a LOD350 preview of the model, as shown in Figure 11. So this is reverse engineering that first abstracts the Revit design into a book so that it can be broken down and stacked. The quality of the data is high because the reconstructions are taken from real brands and families used by the company in building type Revit projects (exclusive Skema customer for catalog design).

The final step, if possible, is to import Skema's LOD350 model into Revit, as shown in Figure 12. In this particular project, the building's podium was created in 
Revit, but the rest of the design (the back floors of the buildings) was completed in Skema and imported into Revit.

It should be noted that, thanks to the ability to update the automatic process in Skema, the platform can also be created in Skema and later deployed for Revit, as shown in Figure 13.

Analysis and conclusion

Skema's thing is to  give an easy-to-use web  operation for creating a design conception from which good BIM data can be snappily created,  disassembled, and anatomized.
The  thing isn't to make a 100 complete  structure; Rather, it's about  furnishing a 40 to 50 percent speed bump. Automatic creation of LOD350 models can save weeks of time  needed to model  structures in Revit.
More importantly, you do not have to start from scratch as with abstract design tools like SketchUp or Test fit. 
 From a business perspective, Skema's value proposition is that it can control the design front by offering better design options, offering further options favoring decision making in a shorter time, but at the same time saving time creating detailed deliverables for the design.
By maintaining the repetitive process of construction services( apartments, office structures, medical centers, seminaries, hospices, etc.), labor- ferocious Levies are reduced and constructors can be freed up to do further work.

 I set up Skema veritably easy to learn and use, and it has a veritably helpful introductory companion.
This is surprising considering how new the app is. The only limitation I can see at this stage is that Skema is veritably Revit-centric; Revit libraries are used to give a layout directory for blocking and mounding for a company, with one-click import of LOD350 Revit-specific BIM models.
Considering that the company's authors have their roots in Revit, it's no surprise that Skema is more interested in Revit than other BIM tools. still, since Skema isn't grounded on Autodesk technology, unborn performances of the operation are anticipated to work well with other BIM  operations. perhaps cannons could be the way out? 
 BIM is one of the stylish ways to design and make structures and structure, but now we can produce it with further electronics and chops to make the design process smarter.
