The Skema Software Suite learns from previous successful design work and helps architects dramatically accelerate iterative design concepts.

only a handful of the company's Revit files and turns them into "solutions" that can be used for such new projects (Figure 6).

Export to BIM
Once the blocks and stacking of the design are completed, it can be transferred to BIM. There is an option to create a LOD350 preview of the model, as shown in Figure 11. The quality of the data is high because the reconstructions are taken from real brands and families used by the company in building type Revit projects (exclusive Skema customer for catalog design).

The final step, if possible, is to import Skema's LOD350 model into Revit, as shown in Figure 12. In this particular project, the building's podium was created in
Revit, but the rest of the design (the back floors of the buildings) was completed in Skema and imported into Revit.

It should be noted that, thanks to the ability to update the automatic process in Skema, the platform can also be created in Skema and later deployed for Revit, as shown in Figure 13.

Analysis and conclusion
Skema's thing is to give an easy-to-use web operation for creating a design conception from which good BIM data can be snappily created, disassembled, and anatomized.
